Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boynton Beach By Ihg

The hotel lobby was quite inviting, yet the

Rooms could use more attention to detail. My stay in the Standard King Room was generally pleasant, though staff reliability occasionally fell short. I appreciated the cleanliness and the breakfast options, but service could be faster.

The hotel had a satisfactory breakfast with a lot of items to choose from.

The staff we met were very rude.

I liked its great and pleasant location!

The team provided a nice service and the room was clean with a great bed & nice linens and nice linens, for example. Location: the hotel was close to shops & amenities, restaurants and mall, and eateries, shopping and beach.

Free parking and nice room, but Wi-Fi was slow.

The breakfast was a highlight-freshly baked pastries and a great selection of juices 🌟 the check-in experience was less than ideal since we were rudely told to wait. A solid stay.

I enjoyed the spacious lobby and cute decor. The breakfast spread was excellent with various options. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained. A pleasant experience 😊

The room was clean, and i loved the variety of breakfast options available, especially the freshly baked pastries. Staff was great .

tv didn't work during stay.

The holiday inn express is in a great location right next to the event center. The staff, especially cj and roxanne, were friendly. Our king room was clean and spacious.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boynton Beach East, An Ihg Hotel, and I was really impressed! The location is fantastic, with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. My room was clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed that helped me get a good night's rest. The breakfast options were also great, with tasty items to start the day right. The staff was great!

No major negatives .

The room had a nice layout with modern features, including a great shower which was perfect for refreshing after a long day. The breakfast spread impressed me with a variety of options, especially the fresh pastries, made a good start to my mornings. The TV didn't work which was disappointing, as I had been looking forward to winding down with some shows at the end of the day. The staff were generally cute, but I sensed a lack of attention in certain areas, especially at breakfast where some tables weren't cleaned promptly. Even though the room itself wasnice and neat, the TV issue left me feeling a bit let down.

Boynton Beach is a food lover's paradise! Check out Crusty Crab for some fresh seafood that'll have your taste buds dancing. Just a stone's throw away, Wing Wah Express dished out some tasty Chinese delights that hit the spot. Plus, the breakfast spread here was excellent, giving you a good start to your day.

On the flip side, the room fell short on accessibility, the tub was no-go for my wife, and we had a bit of a mattress situation. Still, we made the best of it and celebrated our 41st anniversary with good vibes, despite the hiccups.

The front desk staff handled my issue quickly.

I enjoyed the cute decor and bright, spacious lobby. The hotel's accessibility features were excellent, with plenty of support for seniors, including wide corridors and easy navigation throughout the hotel.

More seating options in the dining area would help.

Although I faced significant issues like poor cleanliness and uninspired service at this hotel, the staff did show some friendliness and attempted to assist when I raised concerns. The hotel has the potential for a better experience with improved management and maintenance.

The hotel was really comfy with a clean Queen Suite that seemed like home, and I loved starting my mornings with a delicious breakfast spread and a hot cup of coffee. I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and tucked into the leisure room with a great selection of books. The only drawback was that we had some noise from the hallway, but it wasn't enough to ruin our stay 😊
